The large cast badge displays the royal Spanish coat of arms flanked by a lion and dragon, topped bya crown. This pickelhaube-style helmet was issued to mounted troops during the reign of Alfonso XIII and reflects strong German stylistic influence. Interior retains its period liner and string tie.
