19th c Young Child Portrait LAWSON - Oil on canvas of a young boy with dog in a pastoral landscape, 19th century English portrait, folk art, canvas measures 14-1/2” x 12” frame measures 17-3/4” x 15-1/2”. On verso reads ”Edwin Binns Born Leeds 3rd June 1833 Died in London 21nd Aug 1837, Interd in Bow Church, Vaulls, 1837.” The other works from the collection identify the artist as Mr. Lawson.
