King George IV in Memoriam Jug - King George IV in memoriam jug. Done in an unglazed beige pottery with a raised relief od George at the front and 2 raised angels on either side. Has a lion handle and raised thistle, shamrocks and roses throughout with a Greek style decoration at the pour spout. Circa 1830. Has a chip to the foot and pour spout as well as a mark to the pitcher to the left of one of the angels but is in otherwise very good condition. Measures approx. 6 1/2” tall.
