Group of 2 Indentures - Group of 2 indentures. The first is an 1800 indenture between William Bucke and William Mendham for a lease for one year. Has the seal and signature at the bottom, a seven shillings 2 shillings and a deeds stamp on the left side and a stamp on the lower left as well as 2 cypher labels on the back. The second is an 1817 indenture between John Chapman and Hannah Chapman for a lease for one year. Has the seals and signatures at the bottom, a one pound tax stamp on the left side and a cypher label on the back. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the sale.
