Has smaller multi colored rhinestones throughout the body and feathers. Comes with the original box, outer sleeve, paperwork, tag and card stating the piece was signed by Jay Strongwater on 12/6/2008 at Neiman Marcus in King of Prussia, PA. Is number 187 out of 350.
