The shells and coral are all accented with corresponding and contrasting rhinestones of various sizes. Comes with the original box, outer sleeve, bag, tag, paperwork and signature certificate. The piece is signed on the base in black ink Jay Strongwater 2007 and was signed 3/24/2007 at Neiman Marcus, King of Prussia, PA. Measures approx. 4” tall x 14 1/2” wide.
