Has beautiful enamel blue tones all along the base with brushed gold tone accents and Corresponding blue, clear and opalescent rhinestone accents throughout. The white swirl tall vase sits atop of the base. Comes with the original box, tag and paperwork. The glue has come loose from inside the base but does not effect the piece at all.
