Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K Gold Wristwatch - Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K gold men's wristwatch, circa early 1950's. Caliber P454/5B manual wind movement. Movement number 492744. 17 Jewels. Case number 333984. Ref number 4412. Has an 18K gold case with teardrop lugs and a guilloche/honeycomb face on the silvered dial and a brown leather strap. Marked 18K/.750 on the inside of the case. Is running but when left lying down the seconds hand stops moving, but starts right back up when picked up. Measures approx. 8 1/2”.
