Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K Gold Wristwatch - Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K yellow gold men's wrist watch. Circa late 1940's/early 1950's. Caliber P453/3C manual wind movement. Movement number 484777. Case number 316699. Has a silvered dial with applied Arabic numerals at the even hours, triangular indexes at the odd hours and a subsidiary seconds dial at 6. Has broad, integrated tapered lugs and a brown leather band. Inside of case is marked 18K/.750, Measures approx. 9”.
