Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K Gold Wristwatch - Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K yellow gold men's wrist watch. Circa late 1940's. Caliber 466/3B manual wind movement. Movement number 477762. Case number 333244. Has a two toned silver dial with engine turned chapter ring, applied triangular hour markers outer minute track and broad flared lugs. Has a black leather band. Case is marked 18K/.750. Is running but when placed flat the seconds hand stops moving. Measures approx. 8 1/2”.
