Reference number 1578GM. Case number 688218. Silvered face with applied Arabic and dagger form hour markers, outer railway minute track and subsidiary seconds at 6. Has a brown Patek Philippe leather band and angular faceted lugs. Case marked .750. Has repairman's markings inside case. Running, after 24 hours was running 3 minutes slow. Measures approx. 9”.
