Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K Gold Wristwatch - Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K yellow gold men's wrist watch. Circa mid 1940's. Caliber 453/3C manual wind movement. Model number 474263. Silvered dial with applied Arabic hour numerals, outer dot minute track and recessed subsidiary seconds register at 6. Has a brown alligator band, bold, angular faceted lugs with sharply flared shoulders. Case number 309706 and marked 18K/.750. Running and after 24 hours is running 6 minutes slow. Measures approx. 8 3/4”. We are unsure if all parts are original, or what repairs may have been done over the years. Please see movement photos and ask any and all questions prior to bidding.
