Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K Gold Wristwatch - Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K yellow gold men's wrist watch. Circa early 1940's. Caliber 453/2C manual wind movement. Movement number 453547. Silvered dial with applied Arabic numerals and dots at the hours, outer minute track and subsidiary seconds at 6. Has a brown alligator band with large rounded teardrop form lugs. Is running but has no hands. Crystal has yellowed. Case number 290833 and is marked 18K/.750. Measures approx. 9”.
