Vintage International Watch Company 18K Wristwatch - Vintage International Watch Company Schaffhausen 18K yellow gold men's wrist watch. Circa mid 1950's. Appears to have a caliber 89 manual wind movement. Movement number 1346670. Silvered dial with applied Arabic and baton hour markers, dauphine hands, outer minute dots and sweet center seconds. Has an alligator band with long, narrow, tapered lugs that have angular faceted shoulders and slightly downturned ends. Is running but is running slow. After 24 hours is approx.. 30 minutes slow. Case number 1244097 and is marked 18K/.750. Measures approx. 8 3/4”. We are unsure if all parts are original, or what repairs may have been done over the years.
