Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K Gold Wristwatch - Vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K yellow gold men's watch. Circa late 1940's/early 1950's. Caliber 453/3B manual wind movement. Movement number 493718. Silvered dial with applied faceted hour marks, outer minute track and subsidiary seconds at 6. Has an alligator band with broad, tapered, faceted lugs. Case number 324405 and marked 18K/.750. Running and after 24 hours is running 5 minutes slow. Measures approx. 8 3/4”.
