The unit features a low, rectangular form with two large glazed doors. The interior is divided into six fixed compartments, arranged in two rows of three, suitable for books or collectible items. The doors are secured by a centrally mounted brass swing-latch mechanism. The cabinet is supported by four short, turned wooden feet. The interior surfaces retain a matte wood finish.
