1985 UK £5 Brilliant Uncirculated Gold Coin -No viewing available - 1985 United Kingdom five pound (£5) gold coin, Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) strike. The reverse features the Benedetto Pistrucci design of Saint George and the Dragon with the date 1985 at the base. A small incised letter U within a circle is located to the left of the date, a mark signifying the Brilliant Uncirculated finish. The designer initials B.P. are positioned to the right of the date. The coin is struck in 22 karat gold. This issue features the third portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Raphael Maklouf on the obverse. The coin is housed in its original clear protective capsule and is accompanied by the original black leatherette presentation box with gold-colored lettering and a numbered certificate of authenticity, No. 20593.
