Israel, June 2, 1948, a very interesting envelope that was sent with the people's administration stamp after the end of the period of their use, the envelope passed on July 1st through Tel Aviv and was fined the next day with a stamp of postage, it is not clear who paid them, because behind the envelope there is a return stamp for the sender, it is possible that the recipient nevertheless received the envelope and he was the one who paid the fine because there is no address for the sender
