Israel, 1948, The Interim Period , an envelope sent in May 1948 from Mishmar HaEmek (a very rare pmk) to Tel Aviv, bearing two stamps of the minhelet haam with two KKL-JNF stamps with a Haifa postal print for postal use. Catalog price in the Aloni catalog - $800!! For general information - there are a total of 3 registered envelopes sent from Kibbutz Mishmar HaEmek, which had only 550 residents during the War of Independence.
