An envelope sent from Beit HaKerem was apparently sent on July 20, 1948, and arrived in Tel Aviv on July 22, 1948. A very early stamp that is close to the date of opening the mail. The stamp is undated. Beit HaKerem was already a small Jew on the outskirts of Jerusalem during this period and was not associated with Jerusalem.
