Israel Stamps, 1948 During the interim period, an envelope with mixed stamps, including fantasy stamps with an ”AVION” print, PATCO, the envelope was sent from Haifa to Paraguay including a pmk of arrival. A rare envelope compared to other Petco envelopes PATCO stamps were printed in 1948 in order to deceive collectors and stamp dealers with a nice story about using an air service that didn't really exist.
