Good condition. הגאון רבי מנחם כ”ץ פרוסטיץ [תקנ”ה לערך – תרנ”א] מגדולי תלמידי מרן החת”ס ואף קיבל ממנו תעודת הוראה, כמו”כ מוזכר בספרו מספר פעמים. לאחר פטירת הח”ס מונה לכהן כרבה של צעלים ופעל רבות למען היהדות. היה ידוע בין יהודי הקהילה כבעל מופת, וסיפורי מופת רבים השתמרו בין תלמידיו ובני הקהילה.
