The first title page is painted with special copper engravings. The first half of the book is in Hebrew and the second half in foreign language. Very good condition. ספר זה הוא המרכזי והנפוץ של ספרות הויכוח, ונכתב בעקבות הוויכוחים שנאלצו לעשות גדולי ישראל, עם הנוצרים, כמו שכותב המחבר בהקדמה: ”...כי סבבוני כלבי' עדת מרעים הקפוני....” לוויכוחים אלו היו השפעה רבה על יהודי אותו האזור. בספר זה מביא רבי יום טוב ליפמן, משנה סדורה עם ביאורים ותשובות לטענות הנוצרים כמו שכתוב בדף השער: ”הוי שקוד ללמוד מה שתשיב” .
