 ספר 'חתם סופר' שו”ת חלק או”ח. מהדורה ראשונה. פרעסבורג, תרט”ו 1855. במקור: [1] פ”א [1] ד'; בעותק זה חסרים 2 דפים בסופו. אמנם בסוף ישנם 4 דפים של מפתחות שייתכן שהם השלמה למה שחסר. 37.5 ס”מ. בדף השער חותמות ”ירושת אבות”. בתוך הספר 2 הגהות עתיקות מכובדות (אחת מעט קצוצה) והגהה נוספת קצרה, לא זיהנו את הכותב. כריכה עתיקה מנותקת ופגועה. נזקי עש מרובים. מצב גרוע. Book 'Hatam Sofer' Responsa Part Orach. First edition. In this copy 2 pages are missing at the end. Although at the end there are 4 pages of keys that may be a complement to what is missing. On the title page are ”yerushat avot” stamps. Inside the book are 2 respectable ancient glosses (one slightly chopped) and another short gloss. Antique cover detached and damaged. Multiple moth damage. Poor condition
