Classic work! First edition! Frankfurt (Oder), 1767. [2] pgs – 142 pgs; 32 cm.
Rare find! Rare copy. Title page is different from other copies. This title page is not mentioned in the Institute for Hebrew Bibliography nor can it be found in the National Library or the Thesaurus of the Hebrew Book.
At the end of the page of approbations, the printer writes that he has additional distinguished approbations, but that for confidential reasons, right now he is printing only two hundred copies with only some of the approbations, unlike the other copies. Stefansky Classic Works No. 199.
Signature of Hagaon Harav Akiva Breslau and stamps of the Rebbe of Dej, as well as a stamp reading, "Nasan behakadosh k'mar Chaim?... Hy"d?... zthk"l? On page 50, there is a brief old handwritten notation.
Simple, old cover. Time stains and very minor moth damage. Very good condition.

ספר יסוד! דפוס ראשון! פראנקפורט דאדרא, תקכ"ז 1767. [2] ד' - קמ"ב ד'; 32 ס"מ.
תגלית! עותק נדיר. שער שונה מהעותקים האחרים. שער זה אינו מוזכר לא במפעל הביבליוגרפיה ואינו בספריה הלאומית וכן לא באוצר הספר העברי. בסוף דף ההסכמות כותב המדפיס כי יש בידו הסכמות חשובות נוספות, אך כעת הוא מדפיס רק מאתיים עותקים לטעם הכמוס, ורק עם חלק מההסכמות ולא כשאר העותקים.

חתימת הגאון רבי עקיבא ברסלוי ראב"ד אלטונה, וחותמות אדמו"רי דעש וכן חותמת: "נתן בהקדוש כמר חיים?...הי"ד?... זצהק"ל? בדף נ' הוספה קצרה עתיקה בכ"י.
כריכה ישנה פשוטה. כתמי זמן ומעט מאוד נזקי עש. מצב טוב מאוד.
הגאון רבי עקיבא ורטהיימר [תקל"ח – תקצ"ח 1778/1838] נולד בברסלאו לאביו רבי אביגדור ורטהיימר. למד אצל הגאון רבי עקיבא איגר. כיהן כרב במויסלינג וליבק. מאוחר יותר עבר לכהן כרב באלטונה ושלזוויג-הולשטיין.
