Seder Avodah Umoreh Derech , Slavita 1827. Copy of Harav Menachem Zev Stern, father-in-law of the Skulener Rebbe. Incomplete copy. Siddur Seder Avodah Umoreh Derech , Nusach Sefard (Chassidic), 2 volumes, with commentary and kavanos ”pshatios , ” and with customs and laws, words of mussar  and inspiration, compiled by Harav Aharon ben Harav Yechiel Halevi of Mikhalishki. Slavita, printed by Harav Moshe Shapira.  1827. Vol. II is nearly complete: it ends at Pg 322 instead of 330 pgs; the title page (Vol. II) has been replaced with a quality photocopy on an old leaf. Vol. I: 210 pgs originally, the following pgs are found in this copy: 21-29, 43-45, 99, 104, 133, 136-148, 150-151, 157-160, 168-208. 17 cm. Stamp of Harav Menachem Zev Stern, the Skulener Rebbe's father-in-law. Worn antique binding is partially detached, taping on the spine. The book is falling apart. The title page of Vol. II has been replaced with a professional photocopy on an old page. A few of the pages are on blue paper. A few tapings and tears. Worming damage to some of the pages. Condition: Fair. Harav Menachem Zev Stern  [1904 - 1975] was a student of the Keren L'Dovid and of Harav Yoel of Satmar. Her served as Rav and shochet uvodek  in Ludashi and later in Oberwischau. Sometime after World War II, he immigrated to Israel, where he served as Rav of Tzefaria and later as a Rav in Givat Shaul, an outlying neighborhood of Jerusalem. His works: Torah Shebe'al Peh  on Nach. Harav Yisrael Avraham Portugal of Skulen was one of his sons-in-law. 'סדר עבודה ומורה דרך' סלאויטא תקפ”ז 1827. עותק הגאון רבי מנחם זאב שטערן חותנו של האדמו”ר מסקולען. עותק חסר סידור 'סדר עבודה ומורה דרך' נוסח ספרד(חסידי)ב”ח, עם פירוש וכוונות 'פשטיות', ועם הנהגות ודינים, דברי מוסר והתעוררות, ערוך ע”י רבי אהרן ב”ר יחיאל מיכל הלוי ממיכאלישוק. סלאויטא, בדפוס רבי משה שפירא. תקפ”ז 1827. חלק ב' כמעט שלם: מסתיים בדף שכ”ב, במקום ש”ל דף; דף השער(ח”ב) הושלם בצילום אמנותי על דף ישן. בחלק א': במקור ר”י דף; בעותק זה נמצאים הדפים כדלהלן: כ”א - כ”ט, מ”ג - מ”ה, צ”ט, ק”ד, קל”ג, קל”ו - קמ”ח, ק”נ - קנ”א, קנ”ז - ק”ס, קס”ח - ר”ח. 17 ס”מ. חותמו של הגאון רבי מנחם זאב שטערן חותנו של האדמו”ר מסקולען. כריכה עתיקה בלויה ומנותקת בחלקה, הדבקה על השדרה. ספר מתפרק. שער חלק ב' הושלם בצילום אמנותי על דף ישן. מעט מהדפים בנייר כחלחל. מעט הדבקות וקרעים. נזקי עש בחלק מהדפים. מצב בינוני הגה”ק רבי מנחם זאב שטערן [תרס”ד - תשל”ה] תלמיד הגה”ק בעל ה'קרן לדוד' והרה”ק רבי יואל מסאטמאר. כיהן כרב וכשו”ב בלודאשי ומאוחר יותר אויבער ווישיווא. כתקופה לאחר מלחמת העולם השנייה עלה לארץ הקודש וכיהן כרבה של צפריה ולאחר זמן החל לכהן כרב בגבעת שאול שבגלילות עיה”ק ירושלים. ספריו: 'תורה שבעל פה' על נ”ך. בין חתניו הוא האדמו”ר רבי ישראל אברהם פורטוגל מסקולען.
