Silver wall menorah , marked. Rare design. 19th century Austria - Hungary. Silver Chanukah menorah. The sides of the wall are adorned with etchings of foliage topped by two lions. In the center top is a crown and near it, the shamash . There is a row of oil cups that look like small pitchers. The row of oil cups are connected to one another and with legs at the side. They are not connected to the menorah itself; rather, they rest on it and there's a handle of sorts with which to hold the row of cups. Stamps on the base of the menorah and the oil cups. Rare design. 19th century Austria-Hungary. Weight: 418.7 g. Height: approximately 21 cm.  Maximum Width: approximately 24 cm. Minor flaws. It is advisable to straighten some of the legs. It is possible that the shamash is not part of the original menorah. The menorah comes from a family in Jerusalem. The grandfather brought it with him from Germany; it was an inheritance from his grandfather. חנוכיית גב עשויה כסף, חתום. דוגמא נדירה. אוסטרו - הונגריה, המאה ה - 19 מנורת חנוכה מכסף, בגב המנורה בצדדים עיטורי צמחיה ומעליהם שני אריות, במרכז למעלה כתר ולידו השמש. שורת בזיכים כעין כדים קטנים. שורת הבזיכים מחוברים יחד ובצדדים רגליות והם לא מחוברים למנורה עצמה, אלא עומדים עליה וישנו כעין ידית לאחיזה בשורת הבזיכים. חותמות בבסיס החנוכייה ובבזיכים. דוגמא נדירה. אוסטרו - הונגריה, המאה ה - 19. משקל 418.7 גרם. גובה: 21 ס”מ לערך. רוחב מירבי: 24 ס”מ בקירוב. פגמים קלים. כדאי ליישר חלק מהרגליות. ייתכן שהשמש אינו מקורי. מגיע ממשפחה מירושלים, שהסבא הביא עמו מגרמניה ירושה מסבא שלו.
