The Rebbe Harav Zvi Hersh Rosenbaum of Kretchnif - Sighet [1920-2006] was the son of Harav Nissan Chaim of Bradshin and son-in-law of the Rebbe Harav Chaim Mordechai of Nadvorna. After his marriage, upon the advice of Harav Aharon of Belz, he established a settlement in Kiryat Ata, complete with a yeshivah and a Talmud Torah. In 1982, he moved o Yerushalayim and established a beis medrash  on Avinoam Yelin Street. Already as a young man he was famed for his incredible service of Hashem, his fiery tefillos , the tischen  he conducted on Shabbos and his love for every Jew. דאווענען סטראקס בעקיטשע של האדמו”ר הרה”ק רבי צבי הירש מקרעטשניף, שהשתמש בו מידי יום ביומו במשך שנים רבות. בעקיטשע עם פסים מכוונים על פי הקבלה וכוונות הקודש, של האדמו”ר הרה”ק מהרצ”ה רוזנבוים מקרעטשניף זיע''א, אשר השתמש בו מידי יום ביומו במשך שנים רבות. מי אשר יביא ברכה עצומה אל ביתו במלבוש טהור וקדוש זה המסוגל לשפע רב בכל העניינים. ”שיש בלבוש צדיקים קדושה ללבוש אותם”(תורת משה להגה”ק מרן החתם סופר). ”דע לך כי כל כלי הצדיקים .. ומלבושיהם כולם שורה עליהם קדושה גדולה אשר הצדיקים משרים עליהם ..”.(אור צורה להגה”ק רבי שלום תאומים”). מצורפות תמונות של הרבי מתעטף בטלית ומניח תפילין כשהוא לבוש במלבוש קודש זה וכן שיושב בשמחה או בקבלת אורח לבוש בבגד קודש זה. מצורף אישור המקבל, האישור המלא יימסר לקונה. בעקישטע (קאפטען) עם גארטעל בגוון חום, עם סטראקעס ופסים מכוונים ע”פ הנסתר וגם בשרוולים כלפי מעלה. האדמו”ר הרה”ק רבי צבי הירש רוזנבוים מקרעטשניף-סיגוט [תר”פ – תשס”ו] בן הרה”ק רבי ניסן חיים מבראדשין, וחתנו של האדמו”ר הרה”ק רבי חיים מרדכי מנדבורנה. לאחר נישואיו הקים קריה בקריית אתא(כפר עטה)בשם שיכון סיגוט עם ישיבה ות”ת, בעצתו של האדמו”ר הרה”ק רבי אהרן מבעלז. בשנת תשמ”ב עבר לעיה”ק ירושלים והקים בית מדרש ברחוב אבינועם ילין. כבר בצעירותו נודע בעבודת קדשו המופלאה, בתפילותיו הנלהבות, בטישים שערך בשבת קודש ובאהבתו לכל יהודי באשר הוא.
