Adra Zuta manuscript from the Zohar Hakadosh - a surviving remnant from the library of the Imrei Emes of Gur zy”a . Spalato - Yugoslavia 1806 Manuscript . Adra Zuta  from the Zohar Hakadosh. Appearing in the Zohar Hakadosh in Parashas Haazinu , it discusses the passing of the G-dly Tanna Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai and the secrets he revealed to his disciples at the time. Many have the custom to recite the  Adra Zuta  on Lag Baomer eve in honor of the anniversary of the death of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai. The manuscript is a remnant of the famous and distinguished library of the Rebbe Harav Avraham Mordechai, the Imrei Emes of Gur. Widely reputed to be one of the largest libraries in the world, it contained tens of thousands of extremely rare and distinguished books and manuscripts. Harav Shaul Moshe Zilberman of Viershov testified in the Rebbe's name that he would not take a book into his library before personally reviewing it. Over the course of World War II, a large portion of the books and manuscripts were lost (for a fascinating and comprehensive article about the library, see the foreword to Ohel Re'em , Jerusalem 2018 - this manuscript appears there - No. 2). At the beginning of the manuscript, there is an illustrated title page with a border, bearing the following inscription: ”This holy  sefer Adra Zuta  was copied here in Spalato... by me... Refael son of Kevod Harav Yosef Pinto Sepharadi tahor, upon the request of the bachur ... Daniel, son of Kevod Harav Moshe Chai Yeshurun... ” These families (Pinto and Yeshurun) were well known in Spalato. Spalato, Yugoslavia, 1806 (Some say the manuscript appears to later, circa 1856) Square penmanship, large vowelized letters. 60 pgs; page dimensions: approximately 18/12 cm. Dimensions of the elegant leather case: Approximately 17/22 cm. Antique leather binding with a taping on the spine. Thick paper. Binding holes in the margins and just a few solitary worming holes. There is a taping on the upper part of the title page. Preserved in an elegant new leather case with embossments, and an additional box for the leather case. כתב יד 'אדרא זוטא' מהזוהר הקדוש - אוד מוצל מספרייתו של האדמו”ר הרה”ק ה'אמרי אמת' מגור זיע”א. איספלטרו - יגוסלביה, תקס”ו 1806 כתב יד. 'אדרא זוטא' מהזהר הקדוש. מופיע בזוהר הק' בפרשת האזינו ונכתב בו על פטירת התנא האלוקי רבי שמעון בר יוחאי ועל הסודות שגילה לתלמידיו בעת ההיא. רבים נוהגים לומר את ה'אדרא זוטא' בליל ל”ג בעומר לכבוד ההילולא של התנא האלוקי הרשב”י זיע”א. כתב-היד מספריית האדמו”ר הרה”ק רבי אברהם מרדכי ה'אמרי אמת' מגור. אוד מוצל מספרייתו החשובה והמפורסמת שנחשבה לאחת הספריות הפרטיות הנדירות והגדולות בעולם - ספריית קודש זו כללה עשרות אלפי ספרים וכתבי-יד נדירים וחשובים ביותר. הגאון רבי שאול משה זילברמן מויירושוב העיד בשמו שלא היה מכניס אף ספר לספרייה לפני שהיה עובר עליו. בשנות מלחמת העולם השניה, נאבדו חלק גדול מהספרים וכתבי-היד(ראה מאמר מקיף ומרתק אודות הספרייה במבוא הספר 'אהל רא”ם' ירושלים תשע”ח - בספר זה מופיע הכתב-יד שלפנינו - מספר 2). בתחילת כתב-היד מופיע שער מצויר במסגרת, עם הרישום: ”זה ספר האדרא זוטא קדישא נעתק פה איספלטרו יע”א, ממני הצעיר וקטין רפאל בכ”ר יוסף פינסו ס”ט, לתשוקת הבחור הגביר והנחמד דניאל בכ”ר משה חי ישורון. שנ'ת אין כאל י'ש'ר'ו'ן' ”. משפחות אלו(פינסו וישורון) מפורסמות היו באיספלטרו. אישפלטרו שביגוסלביה, תקס”ו 1806(יש האומרים כי הכתב יד נראה מאוחר יותר והוא משנת תרט”ז 1856 בקירוב). כתיבה מרובעת, אותיות גדולות מנוקדות. 60 דף; גודל הדפים: 18/12 ס”מ לערך. גודל קופסת העור המפוארת: 17/22 ס”מ לערך. כריכת עור עתיקה, עם הדבקה על השדרה. נייר עבה. בשוליים חורי כריכה ומעט מאוד נקבי עש בודדים. הדבקה בחלקו העליון של דף השער. שמור בתוך קופסת עור חדשה מפוארת עם הטבעות, וקופסא נוספת לקופסת העור.
