Harav Chanoch Tzvi (Reb Hersh Henoch) HaKohen Levin [1871 - 1935], Rav of Bendin and one of the leaders and most distinguished tzaddikim  of Poland. He was the son-in-law of the Sfas Emes of Gur and the grandson of Harav Chanoch Henoch of Aleksander. He was one of the leaders of Agudas Yisrael and the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah. Some of his divrei Torah  were published in the sefer Yechahein Pe'er. ”כי מגלגלין זכות ע”י זכאי, וכבר כתב לו בני הרב ר' יצחק מאיר..”. מכתב הגה”ק רבי חנוך צבי לעווין. ב' אח”ק תרצ”א. מכתב בכתב יד קדשו וחתימתו של הגה”ק רבי חנוך צבי לווין - ה'בענדינער רב'. מזכיר בתחילת במכתב את הגה”ק רבי משה בצלאל מגור. ב' אח”ק תרצ”א. נייר מכתבים אישי. 21/28 ס”מ. 26 שורות בכי”ק וחתימתו. סימני קיפול ומספר קרעים קלים בשוליים. מצב טוב מאוד. הגה”ק רבי חנוך צבי(רבי הירש העניך) הכהן לוין [תרל”א - תרצ”ה] רבה של בנדין וממנהיגי וחשובי צדיקי פולין. חתנו של הרה”ק ה'שפת אמת' מגור ונכדו של הרה”ק רבי חנוך העניך מאלכסנדר. היה מראשי אגודת ישראל ומועצת גדולי התורה. שרידים מדברי תורתו נדפסו בספר 'יכהן פאר'.
