More than 2 oz gold. Exceptional, combination  yad pointer for a Torah scroll and  besamim (spice) tower, etched with excerpts of prayers and the name Shin - Dalet - Yod. Handmade of gold inlaid with stones. Unique and interesting. Yad  pointer for a Torah scroll, unique and primitive craftsmanship. Made of 14-karat gold. More than 2 oz gold, weight 70.7 g. (Value per oz of gold on 3 Nisan/April 1, 2025: $3150). At the top is a crown inlaid with colored stones (on the side is a piece with a tiny hole, possibly so a chain could be threaded through it, for carrying). The crown rests on what resembles a tree branch, with the words Retzeh na b'menuchaseinu  etched on the thick part of the branch. Near these words is a 3-D figure of a lion standing on the branch. The branch rests on a sort of flower, from which a sort of bell descends. Four ornate pillars (similar to a chuppah canopy) descend from the sides. From these a hand emerges, holding a stick etched with the words Kadsheinu b'mitzvosecha uvesorasecha. On one side is a besamim  box and on the other, a hand with the words Toras Moshe emes etched on the ”sleeve.” Hashem's Name appears on the back of the hand. The pointer finger is pointing while the other fingers (with the exception of the thumb) are bent. Circa mid-19th century/early 20th century. Height: approximately 23 cm. Some of the stones are missing. מיוחד במינו, יד לספר תורה, משולבת מגדל בשמים וחריטות קטעים מהתפילה ושם ש - ד - י. עשויה זהב בעבודת יד משובצת אבנים. ייחודי ומעניין. יד לס”ת בעבודת אמן פרימיטיבית ויחידאית. עשויה זהב, משקל 70.7 גרם. זהב 14 קראט. בראשו כתר משובץ אבנים צבעוניים(לצידו פיסה עם חור זעיר, אולי להשחיל שרשרת לנשיאה), הכתר מונח על כעין גזע עץ כשעל הגזע העבה נחרטו המילים ”רצה נא במנוחתנו”, ולצדו דמות אריה בולט ועומד על הגזע. הגזע עומד על כעין פרח ממנו משתלשל כעין פעמון ומהצדדים ארבעה עמודים מסולסלים(כעין חופה), מהם יוצאת כף יד האוחזת מקל עליו נחרט המילים ”קדשנו במצותיך ובתורתך”, ומצידו האחד כעין קופסת בשמים ומהצד השני כף יד שנחרט לפניה(-כביכול על השרוול)”תורת משה אמת”, ועל גב היד שם השם. האצבע מונפת ושאר האצבעות לידיה מקופלות (מלבד האגודל). אמצע המאה ה - 19/תחילת המאה ה - 20 בקירוב. גובה: 23 ס”מ בקירוב. חלק מהאבנים חסרות.
