Dedication by Harav Shneur Kotler to the Pnei Menachem of Gur, plus the Rebbe's signature and stamps. Hamaayan , a collection of chiddushei Torah  and elucidations by the avreichim  of the Kollel of Toronto. 1973 Hamaayan , a collection of chiddushei Torah and elucidations on a number of sugyos in Maseches Sukkah as delivered by the members of the Kollel of Toronto. The title page bears an inscription by Harav Shneur Kotler to the Rebbe of Gur (the Pnei Menachem), and the Rebbe's signature and stamps. 1973. 105 [2] pgs; 23 cm. Soft jacket binding. A few stains. Condition: Very Good. Harav Pinchas Menachem of Gur [1926-1996] was the son of Harav Avraham Mordechai Alter, the Imrei Emes of Gur. When World War II broke out, he fled to Eretz Yisrael along with his father and brothers. He served as Rosh Yeshivah of Yeshivas Sfas Emes and also headed the Agudas Yisrael movement. After the passing of his brother the Lev Simchah, he became the leader of Gerrer chassidim and was one of the generation's great leaders. The shmuessen  he delivered every Shabbos and Yom Tov were printed in his sefer Pnei Menachem al HaTora h and Moadim. Harav Yosef Chaim Shneur Kotler [1918-1982] was the son of Harav Aharon Kotler. During World War II, he traveled to Eretz Yisrael and studied for some time with his grandfather, Harav Isser Zalman Meltzer. He served as Rosh Yeshivah of BMG in Lakewood, New Jersey and was a member of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah in the United States. He dispatched students to establish kollels  in cities across the U.S.  He established a unique learning system in which every group in the yeshivah studies a different topic. He initiated he printing of a periodical named Nehorai  to publicize Torah articles. Some of his lectures and chiddushei Torah  were printed in Noam Siach  and Siach Arev . הקדשת הגאון רבי שניאור קוטלר, אל האדמו”ר ה'פני מנחם' מגור, וחתימת וחותמות האדמו”ר. קובץ 'המעין' חידושי תורה וביאורים מאברכי הכולל דטאראנטא. תשל”ג 'המעין' קובץ חידושי תורה ובאורים בכמה סוגיות וענינים במסכת סוכה שנאמרו ע”י חברי הכולל אברכים דטאראנטא. בדף השער הקדשת הגאון רבי שניאור קוטלר, אל האדמו”ר הפני מנחם מגור, וחתימת וחותמות האדמו”ר. תשל”ג. קה [2] עמ'; 23 ס”מ. כריכה מעטפת רכה. מעט כתמים. מצב טוב מאוד. האדמו”ר רבי פנחס מנחם מגור [תרפ”ו – תשנ”ו] בן האדמו”ר רבי אברהם מרדכי אלתר ה'אמרי אמת' מגור. בפרוץ מלחה”ע ברח עם אביו ואחיו לארץ הקודש. כיהן כראש ישיבת 'שפת אמת', וכן בראשות תנועת 'אגודת ישראל'. לאחר פטירת אחיו ה'לב שמחה' הנהיג את עדת חסידי גור והיה מגדולי מנהיגי הדור. מאמרי השמוס'ען אותם אמר מדי שבת חג ומועד נדפסו בספרו 'פני מנחם' עה”ת ומועדים. הגאון רבי יוסף חיים שניאור קוטלר [תרע”ח - תשמ”ב] בן הגאון הגאון רבי אהרן קוטלר. במלחמת העולם נסע לארץ הקודש, ולמד תקופה עם סבו הגאון רבי איסר זלמן מלצר. כיהן כראש ישיבת לייקווד בניו ג'רזי והיה חבר מועצת גדולי התורה בארה”ב. שלח מתלמידיו שיפתחו כוללים ברחבי ארצות הברית. ייסד תוכנית לימוד מיוחדת שכל קבוצה בישיבה לומדת נושא אחר, יזם הדפסת ביטאון 'נהוראי' לפרסום מאמרים וחדושי תורה. משיעוריו וחידושי תורתו נדפסו הספרים 'נועם שי”ח' ו'שיח ערב'
