Inside the sefer  are sheimos  pages and kvitlach . Damaged half-leather binding. Tears on the title page and tapings on the back of the page. Tears, mostly minor and in the margins. There is a tear on pg 36 on the text, but no material is missing. Stains, mostly minor, damage to a bit of text on two pages (54b - 55a). The pages are somewhat creased and very creased on the last page (errata). Handsome margins. Condition: Good. The Rebbe Harav Shlomo Rabinowicz, author of Tiferes Shlomo , from Radomsk   [circa 1800-1866] was one of the greatest Chassidic geonim  and tzaddikim . Reb Chaim Dovid, the Rebbe doctor of Pietrokow, testified that his rebbi , the Chozeh of Lublin, revealed to him a number of special signs identifying a true tzaddik , and that all those signs were present in the Rav of Radomsk ( Otzar Yisrael ). He also said that the Rav of Radomsk possessed the soul of Rabi Akiva, the wisdom of Shlomo Hamelech and the bechinah  of Yosef Hatzaddik   ( Yemei Zikaron ). He began serving as Av Beis Din of Radomsk in 1834. Over the years, multitudes flocked to his door. The Tiferes Shlomo maintained, following the example of the Chozeh of Lublin, that he should be mashpia  wealth upon people, and indeed all students and chassidim of Radomsk were blessed with a plentiful livelihood; in fact, many of them were extremely wealthy ( Pninei Torah Vachassidus ). The Rebbe passed away on Thursday night after chatzos  on Erev Rosh Chodesh Nisan of 1866 while perusing the Zohar on Parashas Acharei mos bnei Aharon. Interestingly, he once said, ”I wonder why the world considers it a privilege to die in one's bed. Why is that important? It's much better to die in a place of Torah study.” ( Yemei Zikaron , Chodesh Adar, 2002). His magnum opus, Tiferes Shlomo,  is considered a classic Chassidic work. [2] קנח, כט [1] דף; 25.5 ס”מ. בתוך הספר מונחים דפי שמות, קוויטלאך. כריכה חצי עור פגועה. קרעים בדף השער והדבקות בגב השער. קרעים בעיקר קלים ובשוליים, ובדף לו קרע על הטקסט וללא חסר. כתמים בעיקר קלים ובשני עמודים (נד, ב'-נה, א') פגיעה במעט מהטקסט. קמטים קלים בדפי הספר ובדף אחרון(לוח הטעות) קמטים מרובים. שוליים נאים. מצב טוב. האדמו”ר הרה”ק צדיק יסוד עולם רבי שלמה רבינוביץ בעל ה'תפארת שלמה' מראדומסק [תק”ס לערך - תרכ”ו] מגדולי גאוני וצדיקי החסידות. רבי חיים דוד הרופא הקדוש מפיעטרקוב העיד שמקובל בידו מרבו החוזה מלובלין סימנים מיוחדים לצדיק אמיתי וכל אותם הסימנים מצויים בהרב מראדאמסק(אוצר ישראל) כן העיד עליו כי בו נשמת התנא רבי עקיבא חכמת שלמה המלך ובחינת יוסף הצדיק(ימי זיכרון). משנת תקצ”ד כיהן כאב”ד ראדומסק. ברבות הימים נהרו אליו המונים. ה'תפארת שלמה' פסק כ'החוזה מלובלין' שיש להשפיע עשירות לבני אדם, וכן היה למעשה שכל תלמידי וחסידי ראדאמסק היה להם פרנסה בריוח ורובם היו עשירים גדולים מאוד(פניני תורה וחסידות). נפטר בליל שישי לאחר חצות בער”ח ניסן תרכ”ו תוך כשהוא מעיין בזוהר פ' אחרי מות בני אהרן ונתקיים בו מה שאמר פעם 'תמיהני מה שעולם רואים זכות למות על מטתם מה החשיבות בכך הלא יותר נאה להפטר במקום שעסקו בו בתורה'. (ימי זכרון, חודש אדר, תשס”ב). ספרו 'תפארת שלמה' הינו מספרי היסוד של החסידות.
