Biras Migdal Oz, Siddur Yaavetz, the first Chassidic edition of this part—” it was never absent from the tables of our holy Rebbes and ancestors zy”a .”  Approbation by Harav Yisrael of Ruzhin. Berditchev, 1836, Two title pages. Bira Migdal Oz, Birkos Shamayim, the third section of the Siddur Yaavetz (Beis Yaakov), compiled by Harav Yaakov Emden. This section includes:  matters related to bris milah , halachos and ethical conduct, educational guidance and mussar, laws of permitted and forbidden foods, and more. The first Chassidic edition of this part. Harav Yaakov Emden's siddur was received with great enthusiasm by Chassidim, and the second edition was printed in Koritz in 1818 upon the initiative and with the approval of the great Chassidic Rebbes, the Ohev Yisrael of Apta and Harav Mordechai of Chernobyl.  The Koritz edition consisted of only the first two parts. In 1818, Part III -this section - was printed in Berditchev upon the initiative and with the approval of Harav Mordechai of Chernobyl and Harav Yisrael of Ruzhin, who writes in his approbation: ” Al adnei paz yesudaso umachatzavto lehoros derech hayashar b'sechel tzach b'inyan hatefillah .”  Many great Chassidic masters spoke of the great importance of the Siddur Yaavetz. These include the Imrei Yosef of Spinka, who wrote in the name of the children of Harav Chaim of Sanz that they heard from their father that the Baal Shem Tov had told Harav Ephraim, brother of the Yaavetz: ”Your brother the Yaavetz cleaves to the upper worlds all day long” (the approbation of Harav Moshe Halberstam in the Eshkol edition, Jerusalem 1993). The Yeshuos Moshe of Vizhnitz writes in his approbation (in the Eshkol edition), ”...this siddur was never absent from the tables of our holy Rebbes and ancestors zy”a, who used it constantly, especially when conducting the Seder table on Pesach night...” Berditchev, 1836 (5596). 362 pages;  complete copy except for the three correction pages at the end, which do not appear on the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book CD. Two title pages, some of the letters in red ink.  Approx. 19.5 cm. Sans binding. Wormholes mainly in the margins, and on several pages there are worm tunnels with some damage to the text. Light stains. Several adhesive repairs near the inner margins, though the text remains legible through them. Wide margins. Overall Condition: Good - Very Good. בירת מגדל עוז, סידור יעב”ץ, המהדורה החסידית הראשונה של חלק זה, ”לא ירד משולחנם של רבוה”ק ואבוה”ק זי”ע”. הסכמת הרה”ק רבי ישראל מרוז'ין. ברדיטשוב, תקצ”ו 1836. שני שערים 'בירת מגדל עז, ברכות שמים', חלק שלישי מהסדור יעב”ץ(בית יעקב) בעריכתו של הגה”ק רבי יעקב עמדין. בחלק זה: ענייני וסדר ברית מילה, הלכות והנהגות האדם, דרכי החינוך ומוסר, דיני איסור והיתר ועוד. המהדורה החסידית הראשונה של חלק זה. סידור רבי יעקב עמדין התקבל בחביבות רבה בקרב החסידים, והמהדורה השנייה נדפסה בקאריץ בשנת תקע”ח, ביוזמתם והסכמתם של גדולי צדיקי החסידות הרה”ק ה'אוהב ישראל' מאפטא והרה”ק רבי מרדכי מטשרנוביל, במהדורת קאריץ נדפסו רק שני החלקים הראשונים, ובשנת תקצ”ו נדפס בברדיטשוב חלק ג' שלפנינו, ביוזמתם והסכמתם של הרה”ק רבי מרדכי מטשערנאביל והרה”ק רבי ישראל מרוז'ין, אשר כתב בהסכמתו: ”על אדני פז יסודתו ומחצבתו להורות דרך הישר בשכל צח בענין התפילה”. רבים מצדיקי החסידות דיברו בגודל חשיבות סידור היעב”ץ, ובהם הרה”ק ה'אמרי יוסף' מספינקא אשר כתב בשם בניו של הרה”ק ה'דברי חיים' מצאנז, ששמעו מאביהם שהייתה לו מסורת שהבעש”ט הק' אמר להגה”ק רבי אפרים אחי הגה”ק היעב”ץ: ”אחיך היעב”ץ כל היום הוא דבוק בעולמות העליונים”, (הסכמת רבי משה הלברשטאם למהדורת 'אשכול', ירושלים תשנ”ג), וכן הרה”ק ה'ישועות משה' מוויז'ניץ כתב בהסכמתו (בסידור בהוצאת 'אשכול'), ”..סדור תפלה זה לא ירד משולחנם של רבוה”ק ואבוה”ק זי”ע אשר השתמשו בו בכל עת מצוא, ובמיוחד בעת עריכת הסדר הק' בליל פסח..”. ברדיטשוב, תקצ”ו 1836. שסב דף; עותק שלם למעט שלושה דפי התיקון בסוף הספר שאינם בתקליטור מפעל הביבליוגרפיה. שני שערים, חלק מהאותיות בדיו אדום. 19.5 ס”מ בקירוב. ללא כריכה. נקבי עש בעיקר בשוליים ובמספר דפים ישנם תעלות עש עם פגיעות בטקסט. כתמים קלים. מספר הדבקות בסמוך לשוליים הפנימיים, אולם הטקסט נראה דרכן. שוליים רחבים. באופן כללי מצב טוב - טוב מאוד.
