First time on auction. Rare signature of the Rebbe Harav Moshe Halberstam of Bardejov, and his stamps. Yeshuos Yaakov , Lemberg 1862/3 Yeshuos Yaakov on Yoreh De’ah , Choshen Mishpat, and Even HaEzer , by Harav Yaakov Meshulam Ornstein. Rare!!! The title page of Yoreh De’ah  features the signature of the Rebbe Harav Moshe Halberstam of Bardejov, along with his stamps ( two different versions of his stamps appear on the Yoreh De’ah title page and in additional places throughout the volumes). Specs:  Yoreh De’ah , Lemberg, 1863. Parts I–II: [1], 1, 3–57; 16; 37; 1, 3–38 leaves. Choshen Mishpat, Lemberg, 1863: [1], 5, 7–69 leaves. Even HaEzer , Part I, Lemberg, 1862: [1], 82, 85–104 [should read: 105] Even HaEzer , Part II: 21, 21–78 [should read: 57]; 2–29, 31–50 [should read: 49] leaves.  41 cm. Separate title page for each section, totaling 4 title pages. Antique binding, slightly worn and missing part of the spine. Leaves 37–38 in Even HaEzer Part II have been supplied in photocopy. A few wormholes. The first two leaves and the last leaf are detached. Adhesive repairs on several leaves. A few tears. Stains, mostly light. Overall Condition: Good. The Rebbe Harav Moshe Halberstam of Bardejov [1850 - 1904] was the son of the Rebbe Harav Boruch Halberstam of Gorlitz, and the son-in-law of his uncle, Harav Aharon Halberstam, Rav of Sanz. His mother was the daughter of the Yitev Lev of Sighet. He was very close with his grandfather, the Rebbe Harav Chaim of Sanz, who entrusted him with the compilation of his book of responsa, Divrei Chaim , along with his cousin, Harav Shlomo of Bobov (the first one). He was appointed Rav and Rebbe in Bardejov [Bartfeld] during his father's lifetime, and many people flocked to his court. Among his descendants who served as Rabbanim and Rebbes are his son, Harav Yechiel Nosson Halberstam of Bardejov and his son-in-law, Harav Chuna Halberstam of Kolaczyce [Kalashitz]. לראשונה במכירות. חתימתו הנדירה של האדמו”ר רבי משה הלברשטאם מבארדיוב וחותמותיו. 'ישועות יעקב', לעמבערג תרכ”ב - תרכ”ג 1862/3 ספר 'ישועות יעקב' על יו”ד - חו”מ - אבן העזר, מהגאון רבי יעקב משולם אורנשטיין. נדיר!!! בדף שער יו”ד חתימת יד קדשו של האדמו”ר הרה”ק רבי משה הלברשטאם מבארדיוב, וחותמותיו(שני סוגים של חותמותיו בשער יו”ד ובמקומות נוספים). מפרט: יורה דעה, למברג תרכ”ג. חלקים א' - ב': [1] א, ג-נז; טז; לז; א, ג-לח דף; חושן משפט, למברג תרכ”ג: [1] ה, ז-סט דף; אבן העזר, ח”א, למברג תרכ”ב: [1], פב, פה-קד [צ”ל: קה]; אבן העזר, חב: כא, כא-עח [צ”ל: נז]; ב-כט, לא-נ [צ”ל: מט] דף. 41 ס”מ. שער נפרד לכל חלק, סה”כ 4 שערים. כריכה עתיקה מעט בלויה וללא חלק מהשדרה. דפים לז-לח באהע”ז ח”ב הושלמו בצילום. נקבי עש בודדים. 2 דפים ראשונים ודף אחרון מנותקים. הדבקות במספר דפים. מעט קרעים. כתמים בעיקר קלים. באופן כללי מצב טוב. האדמו”ר הרה”ק רבי משה הלברשטאם מברדיוב [תר”י - תרס”ד] בן האדמו”ר הרה”ק רבי ברוך הלברשטאם מגארליץ, וחתן דודו האדמו”ר הרה”ק רבי אהרן הלברשטאם הרב מצאנז. אמו היא בת הרה”ק ה'ייטב לב' מסיגט. היה קרוב מאוד לזקינו האדמו”ר הרה”ק רבי חיים מצאנז, ואף מסר לו את עריכת ספרו שו”ת 'דברי חיים', יחד עם בן-דודו הרה”ק רבי שלמה מבאבוב(הראשון). בחיי אביו הרה”ק מגורליץ, נתמנה כרב ואדמו”ר בברדיוב(בארטפעלד), ורבים הסתופפו בצילו. בין צאצאיו אשר כיהנו כרבנים ואדמו”רים הם הצדיקים בנו הרה”ק רבי יחיאל נתן הלברשטאם מבארדיוב וחתנו הרה”ק רבי חנה הלברשטאם מקאלשיץ.
