Signatures of Harav Eliyahu Hasarfati - Harav Shaul Yeshayah Abitbul (6) - Harav Shmuel Ibn Dnan - Harav Refael Ibn Tzur and more. Two-page document, 14 signatures of 7 Moroccan Rabbanim. 1768 ”Forms and copies of deeds of testimony which the owners wished to include along with other rights. Important document featuring a beis din  ruling, with the signatures of seven distinguished chachamim and rabbanim of Morocco. The document describes a property upon which there is a claim of chazakah  due to an inheritance. At the same time, the owner of the property produced witnesses that his father had purchased it and owned it for three years ( shnei chazakah ). (Printed in A vnei Shayish Vol II, siman 91). Deed with original signatures of Harav Eliyahu Hasarfati [1715-1805], a giant of his generation and a disciple of the Ohr Hachaim Hakadosh. He served as Av Beis Din of Fez - Harav Shaul Yeshayah Abitbul (6 signatures) [1739-1809] Av Beis Din of Sefrou, author of Avnei Shayish  and a disciple of Harav Eliyahu Hasarfati - Harav Shmuel Ibn Dnan - son-in-law of Harav Eliyahu Hasarfati  - Harav Refael Ibn Tzur, son of Harav Yaakov Ibn Tzur, served as a dayan in Fez - Harav Yaakov ben Harav Yosef Adahan (2 signatures) - Harav Avraham ben Harav Yaakov Atziani (2 signatures), a chacham  and Rav   from Sefrou and a disciple of Harav Shaul Yeshaya Abitbul - Harav Avraham Etzban. 1768. Approx. 14.5/20 cm. On the first page there are adhesive repairs on the back of the leaf, in some instances with damage to the text on the front of the page; on the second page there are adhesive repairs in the margins. Several wormholes and worm tracks, mainly in the margins; some with damage to the text. Moisture and age-related spotting. Condition: Fair.  חתימות רבי אליהו הצרפתי - רבי שאול ישועה אביטבול(6) - רבי שמואל אבן דנאן - רבי רפאל אבן צור ועוד. שטר שני דפים, 14 חתימות של 7 מרבני מרוקו. תקכ”ח 1768 ”טופס והעתקת שטרי ק”ע (קבלת עדות) שרצו הבעלים לכלול עמהם זכיות אחרים”. מסמך חשוב של פסק בית דין עם חתימותיהם של שבעה מחשובי חכמי ורבני מרוקו. במסמך מתואר נכס כלשהוא אשר יש עליו טענת חזקה מכח ירושה ומנגד ישנו מחזיק בנכס שהביא עדים שאביו קנאה והחזיק בה שני חזקה(נדפס בספר 'אבני שיש' ח”ב סימן צ”א). שטר עם חתימות מקוריות של רבי אליהו הצרפתי [תע”ה - תקס”ה] מגדולי דורו, ותלמידו של האור החיים הקדוש. כיהן כאב”ד פאס - רבי שאול ישועה אביטבול(6 חתימות) [תצ”ט - תקס”ט] אב”ד צפרו, מח”ס 'אבני שיש', ותלמיד רבי אליהו הצרפתי - רבי שמואל אבן דנן חתנו של רבי אליהו הצרפתי - רבי רפאל אבן צור בן רבי יעקב אבן צור, כיהן כדיין בפאס - רבי יעקב ב”ר יוסף אדהאן(2 חתימות) - רבי אברהם ב”ר יעקב אצייני(2 חתימות) מחכמי ורבני צפרו, תלמידו של רבי שאול ישועה אביטבול ורבי אברהם אצבאן. תקכ”ח 1768. 14.5/20 ס”מ בקירוב. בדף הראשון הדבקות בגב הדף ועם מעט פגיעות מעבר הדף בטקסט, ובדף השני הדבקות בשוליים. מספר נקבי ותעלות עש בעיקר בשוליים ומעט עם פגיעות בטקסט. כתמים רטיבות וזמן. מצב בינוני.
