Included are articles by Chaim Weizmann that he presented at a certain conference, describing the desperate situation of German Jewry at the time, as well as extensive coverage of the Transfer Agreement (Heskem HaHa'avarah), under which German Jews emigrating to Palestine sold their property, with the proceeds used to purchase German goods that were exported and sold in Palestine.
