Mif'alos Elokim — philosophical essays on emunah and more, by Rabbeinu   Don Yitzchak Abarbanel, one of the great Jewish thinkers and sages. Printed from manuscripts that had been preserved in the archives of the great Italian Kabbalist Harav Menachem Azariah of Fano (the Rema of Fano), and in the archives of the wealthy Rav Shmuel Francis. First printing . Venice, 1592. 96 leaves; 20.5 cm. Antique signature on the title page: ” LaHashem ha'aretz umeloah Hakatan Baruch Leib Ulman.” Several handwritten corrections appear within the book. Handsome antique vellum binding. Tiny tears in the margins, with paper restoration to the margins of very few leaves. On leaf 3, there is a small restoration to the upper part of the page. Tiny holes, barely visible, in several leaves at the lower left margins. Stains, mostly light. Wide margins. Condition: Very Good.
