Vezos Toras Habayis by the Rashba, First Edition — Sefer Tanya Hakadmon —  Shu”t Terumas HaDeshen . Venice – Cremona, 1546/65. Antique ownership inscriptions and glosses. A bound volume of 3 very distinguished works! A. Vezos Toras HaBayis, Toras Habayis Hakatzar , dinim and piskei halachos by Harav Shlomo ben Aderes, the Rashba. First printing. Cremona 1565. Originally: 48, 13–16, 53–72 leaves; in our copy, leaves 5–12 of the first pagination sequence are missing. The first printing of one of the most important and influential foundational works on the laws of issur veheter . The Rashba composed his work in two versions: the Aruch, which presents the halachic rulings with extensive discussion and analysis, and the Katzar, intended for practical halachic application. The Katzar was published earlier, and the present copy is from the first edition of this foundational work. The author, the Rashba , was one of the foremost Torah scholars of Spain during the Rishonim period. A disciple of Rabbeinu Yonah and the Ramban, he was described by Harav Yosef Karo as “ amud ha'olam asher b'oro nir'eh ohr .” Among his students were the Ritva, Rabbeinu Bachya, and additional distinguished Torah scholars. B. Terumas HaDeshen by Rabbeinu Yisrael Isserlein Rabbeinu Yisrael Isserlein was one of the foremost Ashkenazic Torah scholars of the Rishonim period. His responsa, Terumas HaDeshen , is among the most important and foundational works upon which Harav Yosef Karo based his Shulchan Aruch , and which the Rema relied upon extensively in composing his glosses. Venice, 1546. Distinguished second edition. 190 leaves. C. Sefer Tanya,  Halachos and Customs Some have identified this work as an abridged version of Shibbolei HaLeket , with numerous additions. The work was compiled as a halachic guide accompanying the siddur according to Italian custom. In later editions, it was published under the titles Tanya Rabbasi/Tanya Rabsa . The book was printed anonymously , and in various editions it was attributed to Harav Yechiel ben Harav Asher (the Rosh) and to Harav Yechiel ben Harav  Tzidkiah. Many attribute the work to Harav Yechiel ben Harav  Yekusiel ben Harav Binyamin ben Harav Yechiel HaRofeh of the Anavim family. Others have attributed its authorship to Harav Yeshayahu ben Abba Mari; Harav Yitzchak ben Abba Mari, author of HaItur;  or Harav Yehudah ben Harav Binyamin, one of the chachamim of Italy. The title page of Terumas HaDeshen is detached, and a few additional leaves in the volume are detached as well. On the last leaf of VeZos Toras HaBayis , there is a tear with damage and loss to the leaf and text. Stains and minor worming damage. Several adhesive repairs and tears, very few of them with damage and loss. Overall Condition: Fair - Good. 'וזאת תורת הבית' להרשב”א, 'מהדורה ראשונה' - 'ספר תניא' הקדמון - שו”ת 'תרומת הדשן'. ויניציאה - קרימונה, ש”ו - שכ”ו 1546/65. רישומי בעלות והגהות עתיקות כרך 3 ספרים חשובים ביותר!! א'. ספר 'וזאת תורת הבית', תורת הבית הקצר, דינים ופסקי הלכות, לרבינו שלמה בן אדרת, רבינו הרשב”א. דפוס ראשון . קרימוני שכ”ו 1565. במקור: מ”ח, י”ג - ט”ז, נ”ג - ע”ב דף; בעותק שלפנינו חסרים דפים ה' - י”ב בספירה הראשונה. ההדפסה הראשונה של אחד מספרי היסוד החשובים והמשפיעים ביותר בהלכות איסור והיתר, רבינו הרשב”א חיבר את ספרו בשני נוסחים: 'הארוך' הכולל את פסקי ההלכות בהרחבה ועיון, ו'הקצר' להלכה ומעשה. הנוסח 'הקצר' יצא מוקדם יותר ולפנינו המהדורה הראשונה של ספר יסוד זה. המחבר רבינו הרשב”א ראש חכמי ספרד בתקופת הראשונים. תלמידם של רבינו יונה והרמב”ן. מרן המחבר רבי יוסף קארו כתב עליו ”עמוד העולם אשר באורו נראה אור”. מתלמידיו הם הריטב”א, רבינו בחיי וגדולי תורה נוספים. ב'. ספר 'תרומת הדשן' לרבינו ישראל איסרלין.  רבינו ישראל איסרלין היה מגדולי חכמי אשכנז הראשונים, וספרו שו”ת 'תרומת הדשן' הינו אחד מספרי היסוד הידועים והחשובים ביותר שעליהם ביססו מרן המחבר רבינו יוסף קארו את ספרו 'שולחן ערוך' ורבינו הרמ”א את הגהותיו. ונציה, ש”ו 1546. מהדורה שניה חשובה. ק”צ דף; ג'. ספר 'תניא' הלכות ומנהגים. היו אשר כתבו שזהו נוסח מקוצר של הספר 'שבלי הלקט', עם הוספות רבות, הספר נערך כחיבור הלכתי המלווה את סידור התפלה כמנהג איטליא (מנהגי בני רומא). במהדורות נוספות הוא נקרא בשם: 'תניא רבתי'/'תניא רבתא'. הספר נדפס בעילום שם המחבר , ויוחס במהדורות שונות לרבי יחיאל ב”ר אשר(הרא”ש) ולרבי יחיאל ב”ר צדקיה. רבים מייחסים את החיבור לרבי יחיאל ב”ר יקותיאל ב”ר בנימין ב”ר יחיאל הרופא ממשפחת הענוים. וישנם עוד אשר ייחסו את כתיבת הספר לרב ישעיה ב”ר אבא מרי, או לרבי יצחק בן אבא מרי מח”ס 'העיטור', או לרבי יהודה בן רבי בנימין מחכמי איטליה. קרימונה שכ”ו 1565. 6, קל”ו דף; 20 ס”מ.  רישום בעלות עתיק. הגהות עתיקות, חלקם מעט קצוצות. כריכה עתיקה פגועה. דף שער 'תרומת הדשן' מנותק ומעט דפים נוספים מנותקים בכרך. בדף אחרון בספר 'וזאת תורת הבית' ישנו קרע עם פגיעה וחסר מהדף והטקסט. כתמים ומעט נזקי עש. מספר הדבקות וקרעים ומעט מאוד עם פגיעות וחסר. באופן כללי מצב בינוני - טוב.
