English Chippendale Pierced Bracket Three-Shelf Hanging Wall Rack circa 1780 - English Chippendale Mahogany Hanging Shelves England, circa 1780. Mahogany hanging shelves in the Chippendale taste, with three graduated open tiers framed by pierced fretwork side panels. The lower section is arranged with pairs of small drawers flanking a central cupboard door, the interior fitted with additional small drawers for private storage. The surface shows an older mellow patina with warm color and attractive age. Accompanied by a 2009 bill of sale and printed description from G.
