HE THEN BOUGHT A 57 BELAIR SPORT COUP 2 DOOR ID #VC57J228382 AND PUT THAT ID PLATE ON THIS CAR. SO FROM WHAT WE CAN SURMISE THIS NOMAD HAS A SEDAN TITLE, NOT A NOMAD TITLE. WE DO HAVE THE ORIGINAL ID PLATE FROM THE NOMAD #VC57N113431 (JUST NO TITLE FOR THIS ID NUMBER). THEY ALSO FOUND A COUPLE OF TRIM TAGS - SEE THE PHOTOS!!! PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY! Our consignor began this project a number of years ago, but unfortunately passed away earlier this year before getting any further. This 1957 Nomad looks like it has had it frame, engine and drivetrain done. Floor pans as well. Rear fenders roughed in. It will still need plenty of bodywork and rust hole repairs around the window lines. Roof looks good. This car comes with TONS of parts, what appears to be most if not all of its chrome trim, dash, reupholstered seats, two correct engines and all that you see! Most notably missing are the hood, glass except the rear glass, front and rear bumpers. We are certain he had these but they are not with the car now, and he is gone and we can't ask him for more info! Our consignor recently moved back to Ohio from out of state. Car does have its tailgate. Most importantly the car has a clean Ohio title ready to transfer to you.
