The lot includes various types of signs such as a yellow diamond-shaped 'HIGH WATER' sign, a yellow diamond-shaped 'SAFE PLACE' sign with a house icon, a red octagonal 'STOP' sign, a yellow diamond-shaped 'ROAD CLOSED AHEAD' sign, a white rectangular 'ROAD CLOSED' sign, and another yellow diamond-shaped 'HIGH WATER AHEAD' sign.
