Late 19th Century Cast Iron 'Bulldog' Cap Gun, Pat. June 2, 1887 - An antique cast iron toy pistol or cap gun, designed in the style of a single-shot percussion firearm. The item features an animal head motif at the barrel's end and decorative elements on the grip. Impressed markings include ”PAT JUN 2 1887” on one side, indicating a patent date of June 2, 1887, and ”BULL DOG” on the opposite side of the frame. Approximately 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) long..
