Rahaim & Malhami Straight Razor Made in Germany Blade etched Philippines Cuba Porto Rico - Rahaim & Malhami straight razor with blade etched ”Philippines Cuba Porto Rico”. The scales are a bamboo design. The blade width is slightly more than 3/8” but less than 4/8”. The tang is marked Rahaim & Malhami and beneath that ”Made in Germany”. The blade's etching ”Philippines Cuba Porto Rico” - (Puerto Rico) is certainly a reference to the outcome of the Spanish-American War in which Spain relinquished Cuba and ceded to the United States the Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Rahaim & Malhami were in business from 1898 - 1901.. Burns in-house shipping is available.
