A Collection of Vintage Gurley Halloween Candles and Decorations - This lot presents a varied collection of vintage Halloween-themed items. Central to the collection are multiple wax candles by Gurley Candle Co. and Gurley Novelty Co. These include individual Gurley wax candles depicting jack-o'-lanterns, a pumpkin figure with a green hat, and a pumpkin with a black witch hat, some retaining original pricing stickers (15¢, 19¢) and ”Buffalo, N.Y., U.S.A.” markings. Also present is a carded set of five ”JACK-O-LANTERN CANDLES” from Gurley Novelty Co., advertised to ”GLOW WHEN LIGHTED.” Further items comprise a ceramic skull match holder atop a book, marked ”MADE IN JAPAN” with a handwritten ”Match Holder” on the base. A boxed set of ”TRICK or TREAT 6 METAL COOKY CUTTERS” featuring various Halloween motifs is included. The collection also features a group of plastic Halloween-themed Pez dispensers (pumpkins, witch, skull), a small plastic witch figurine, and a larger plastic pumpkin ornament with a witch hat. A small carved green and reddish-brown mottled stone skull is part of the lot. Completing the collection is a new, shrink-wrapped pack of C.A. Reed 8-inch ”plastic coated” paper plates, decorated with owls and jack-o'-lanterns, marked with a ”SALE PRICE 79¢” sticker. Stone skull measures approximately 2 inches long..
