Late 19th Century Cast Iron 'Presto' Mechanical Bank - A Late 19th Century Cast Iron 'Presto' Mechanical Bank, styled as an architectural building with a central domed section flanked by two-story wings. It features remnants of a polychrome finish, including a red dome and roof edges, a dark grey/black brick-like facade, and gold accents on the finial, window frames, and arched main door. Visible text on the front includes ”PAT. APP'D” (Patent Applied) inscribed on the red dome above the coin slot, and ”BANK” directly above the main door. The piece separates vertically into two halves, with a key-operated release mechanism on the base. Height: 3.5 inches Width: 3.75 inches. Burns in-house shipping is available.
