Rare Vintage Cigarette Vending Machine Change Maker - If you owned coin op cigarette machines when cigarettes were 23 cents a pack, and the machine only took quarters - you would buy and use this machine. It splits the pack and inserts two pennies for you, so that when the pack was bought from your 25 cent machine by a Customer the pack would include cents change. These are rare..
