Collection of Promotional Press Kit Photos and Slides for Music and Film - A collection of promotional press kit materials for music and film. This large collection comprises mixed media, predominantly promotional and press materials from the late 20th century. It includes numerous black and white and color photographic prints featuring music groups such as Ben Folds Five, The Willeys, St. Paradise (dated May 1979), and Scatterhouse. Also present are film stills from productions like ”Caravans to Vaccares” (numbered 75/200, ”A RANK ORGANIZATION RELEASE”), ”Too Late The Hero” (numbered 70/162, ”ABC Pictures Corp.”), and a ”murder-mystery” film featuring Kris Kristofferson. Many prints bear visible copyright dates from the 1990s (e.g., 1993, 1995). The collection also contains transparent plastic sheet holding twenty-four 35mm photographic slides. These slides are largely marked ”BARAKA” and ”UFA VIDEO”, with further text indicating ”B.508/37” and ”J. G. FILMPRODUKTION, GMBH MUNCHEN” (J. G. Film Production, GmbH Munich). The materials are primarily paper and photographic paper, with some transparent plastic. Burns in-house shipping is available.
