WHISKEY” and ”STREET CORNER” - A collection of mid-20th century promotional movie publicity photos and related paper documents. The lot comprises a stack of manila file folders with labeled tabs such as ”SKY LINER,” ”CHAI WHISKEY,” ”STREET CORNER,” ”SIXTH OF JUNE '96,” and names including ”RICHARD TRASK,” ”ROBERT CARR,” ”MR. GOV. BECKMAN,” ”RICHARD BALARDI,” ”JACKIE CRAWFORD,” and ”BETTY CUMMINS.” Accompanying these are a larger stack of predominantly black and white, glossy or semi-glossy photographic prints, with a few color prints also present. Visible markings on the photographs include ”Copyright 1968 United Artists” for a film titled ”MR. G. WHISKEY” starring Burt Reynolds, Lionel Stander, and Anne Francis, as well as ”Copyright 1948” for a ”WILSHIRE PICTURE” called ”STREET CORNER.” Other numerical codes such as ”69/102” and ”RG-3” are also visible. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 am to 2 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
