A Collection of Vintage Gelatin Silver Movie Stills and Publicity Photographs, Mid-1940s to Mid-1980s, in File Folders - This collection comprises numerous black-and-white gelatin silver photographic prints, primarily movie stills or publicity photos, dating from approximately the mid-1940s to the mid-1980s, as indicated by visible copyright dates and film titles. The prints are systematically organized within multiple manila file folders, each labeled with handwritten film titles including ”Tough Guys” (1986), ”The Sinister Urge” (1961), ”Take The High Ground!” (1953), ”The Storm Rider” (1957), ”That's My Man” (1947), ”The Lion in Winter,” and ”Topkapi” (misspelled as ”Top Kapi” on folder). Many photographs feature printed captions on their verso or recto, detailing film titles, cast, copyright information, and production companies. The folders are housed within a standard brown cardboard ”Bankers Box” marked with ”16” and other inventory numbers. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Nov. 22, from 11 am to 2 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
